30 Years!
That's how long we have been producing baby furniture!
The history of Gandylyan Furniture Company started in 1993 with a small woodworking shop with an area of 120 square meters, located in the Northern Caucasus in the city of Stavropol.
The very location of the brand’s alma mater is not surprising, for the “king” of furniture wood – oriental beech, used by the company – grows in the Caucasian Mountains. In the early years two carpenters used to make domestic items of furniture: tables, chairs and wardrobes.
Then, in 1995, wood drying equipment was purchased and processing of primary timbers (beech, chestnut and oak) was approved. Meanwhile, the range of goods was expanded by production of windows and doors.
In 2000 the company released the first samples of baby furniture, and created its own website for closer cooperation with its customers.
In the meantime increase of production capacity continued, and in 2006 the factory occupied an area of more than 6,000 square meters. In the same period, the company entered into a few large contracts and completely switched over to production of baby furniture. To meet the increasing demand in 2008-2009, the company upgraded production by purchasing advanced equipment from Italy, Germany and France, and thus established an automated system of painting and coating.
There was also being conducted an ongoing work on expanding the range of goods and improving their appearance: the factory started using Swarovski crystals, which gave its products special grace and splendor.
Each stage of mechanized production and manual assembly is under strict control, which makes it possible for our products’ quality characteristics to exceed those of many foreign counterparts, whereas the prices stay democratic as compared to our competitors’. Thus, outstanding quality-price ratio lets Gandylyan Company join the ranks of brand manufacturers specializing in baby furniture production.
In addition, use of the latest technology, creative management, and involvement of professional experts in various fields give evidence of the company sustainable growth and improved efficiency. By 2016, the production space is planned to be expanded to 50,000 square meters, new collections of furniture for children are to be created, as well as various accessories for nurseries.
