Why are emotions important during pregnancy?

Everyone has heard many times that pregnancy affects mood swings. But there is also feedback. Let's see: how does the emotional state of the expectant mother affect the child?

According to doctors, strong / prolonged negative emotions cause the production of "stress hormones" and are transmitted from mother to fetus (albeit not fully). They can lead to the development of diseases in the future.

According to other studies, 1/3 of the qualities and characteristics of a person are formed during fetal life (another 1/3 are genes and only 1/3 are brought up during life). The fourth, fifth and sixth months of intrauterine life are of the greatest importance for the formation of the emotional sphere of the child.

The embryo perceives the world through the mother. Captures sensations, feelings. Remembers them as information about the environment.

The father also plays an important role. The attitude to the wife, her pregnancy and, of course, to the child forms a feeling of happiness, which is transmitted to him through a confident and calm mother.

Numerous surveys have shown that mothers who are expecting a child and loving him even before birth, children are born healthier and mentally stable.
