Walk in the fresh air

☀ Children need fresh air, sunshine and outdoor activities every day, except in very cold temperatures or strong winds. But the children's body is more sensitive to cold, and certain recommendations should be taken into account:
✔ Three layers of clothes
Warm jacket/special wetsuit, then long sleeve shirt/sweater, then short sleeve shirt. When entering a warm building, such as a store, you need to undress, since overheating is as undesirable as a cold.
✔ Hat and gloves
Choose a thick glove, and a headgear - one that doesn't restrict peripheral vision.
✔ Avoid scarves
Especially for children under one year old, because it is dangerous. Instead, a jacket/cloak with a stand-up collar or clothing with a collar is best.
✔ Watch for signs of a cold
If the skin on the face becomes too red, wet, and the child refuses to play, take him to a warm room immediately or put on extra clothing. In the case of infants, be sure to consult your pediatrician about how to take care of the prevention of get a cold.
✔ Travel safety
Don't forget to take off your jacket when you get into the car seat. But you can keep your hat and gloves.
