A premium-class springless mattress. The core is made of orthopedic foam — a hypoallergenic, eco-friendly material that does not accumulate dust, allows excellent airflow, and creates a healthy sleeping microclimate.

One side features high-elasticity foam, a modern eco-friendly and hypoallergenic material with properties very close to natural latex, providing enhanced elasticity. The other side offers moderate firmness thanks to the innovative 3D Spacer Fabric — a three-dimensional elastic textile made from high-quality polyester. This material is considered one of the best in orthopedic mattress production due to its unique properties: its 3D structure dissipates heat, allows air to circulate in all directions even under pressure, and quickly eliminates moisture.

The mattress durability is enhanced by polyurethane foam blocks along the perimeter. Additional comfort is provided by a soft, non-slip knitted cover made of next-generation StressFree fabric, along with a 3D mesh around the cover. StressFree fabric helps create an ideal sleeping microclimate by dissipating static electricity, while the 3D mesh improves air and moisture exchange within the mattress.

Quilted Zip Cover (Stress Free Fabric)

“Stress Free” is an innovative, specially treated two-layer knitted fabric. The bottom layer is porous and breathable, while the top layer is made of 100% cotton. It is very soft to the touch and non-slip. Its name comes from its ability to safely dissipate static electricity from the body into the air, a property that remains even after washing.

Anatomical Latex (10 mm)

A natural, eco-friendly material made from foamed sap of the rubber tree. It is an ideal filling for mattresses, especially for children's mattresses, as it meets virtually all key requirements. It is elastic and resilient, perfectly adapting to the body’s shape and supporting the spine in the correct position.

Latex does not accumulate dust, does not rot, and is completely resistant to bacteria and dust mites. Its porous structure provides excellent ventilation, preventing overheating and sweating during sleep. In addition, it is significantly more durable than many other materials, maintaining its properties for up to 20 years.

3D Spacer Fabric (15 mm)

An innovative material — a three-dimensional elastic fabric made of high-quality polyester. Its 3D structure provides excellent breathability (air circulates in all directions, even under pressure), superior self-ventilation (helping dissipate heat and improve sleep comfort), and high moisture absorption (instantly removes humidity and prevents bacterial growth).

3D spacer fabric consists of millions of microfibers that act like tiny springs, evenly distributing pressure across the mattress. It is ultra-lightweight, durable, hygienic, and considered one of the best materials for orthopedic mattresses.

Airoflex (55 mm)

A modern high-tech polymer material made from elastic polyurethane foam. Its hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and moisture-absorbing properties make it ideal for children's mattresses: it does not contain allergens, does not generate dust, resists mold, and offers excellent ventilation and heat exchange.

It adapts to the body’s contours and provides proper spinal support. Durable, practical, and cost-effective.

High-Elastic Foam (30 mm)

High-elastic cold foam (artificial latex) is a modern eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and moisture-resistant material with properties close to natural latex. Its structure resembles a natural sponge, made up of billions of micro-pores (“molecular springs”) that do not retain dust, allow air to circulate freely, and do not trap moisture — creating a healthy sleeping environment.

The textured surface provides a micro-massage effect, while its elasticity ensures proper orthopedic support and correct spinal alignment. The material maintains its shape well and is highly durable, promoting deeper and more restful sleep.

Reinforced Perimeter System

The edges of the mattress are reinforced with a dense layer of polyurethane foam — a modern, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and wear-resistant material.
