How to sleep during pregnancy: useful tips

Pillow for pregnant women. There can be many pillows: under the head, stomach, between the legs, under the back. Or one large pillow especially for pregnant women.

Insomnia. They say that 78% of expectant mothers face this problem. Most often - in the 3rd trimester. To avoid insomnia, it is advised: do not go to bed on a full stomach (we eat two hours before bedtime), do not drink a lot. Take a warm shower before bed, apply stretch mark cream, and ask your husband for a relaxing massage. And do not fall asleep during the day, so that by the evening you will definitely want to sleep.
